Todd Pascarella
Executive Director
Todd Pascarella was brought on board as the Executive Director of the Catskill Revitalization Corporation in March of 2022 and has been coordinating the restoration of the Delaware & Ulster Railroad as well as managing the Catskill Scenic Trail. Todd has had many years of extensive involvement in the local community. He was co-founder of Union Grove Distillery in Arkville, served as Mayor of the Village of Fleischmanns, was co-founder of the Fleischmanns Mountain Athletic Club vintage baseball team, in addition to experience in the Delaware County Chamber of Commerce, Fleischmanns First, and several other organizations. Todd resides in Fleischmanns with his wife Jeanine and two children Amelia and Max.

Vic Stevens
General Manager of the Delaware & Ulster Railroad
Vic Stevens was Engineer for the Delaware & Ulster when it was founded in 1983 and was vital to the Railroad’s success as it grew for several decades. After leaving the organization for a few years, Vic returned as the General Manager of the Delaware & Ulster Railroad. Vic has been instrumental in preparing the return of the entire operations to active service. Vic resides in Margaretville with his wife Dale.
